We are leading injection precision mould & die polishing of casted products. We have in house facilities for product designing, profile mould polishing, injection moulding & specialized coatings. We have specially modified injection profile mould polishing machines for these purposes. We produced the parts with CNC’s, We have over 40 digital controlling lathes, moreover, the factory is equipped with processing centers and imported automatic processing center, which is capable of providing high quality and fast profile mould polishing. The casting workshop is equipped with imported gravity casting items; the electroplating workshop is equipped with automatic flow lines as well as advanced test and checking equipment. Our test workshop is also equipped with 3D test machine and other advanced test equipment, they can make sure of our products perfect. Although has grown in the last three decades to employ in excess of 100 people, we have continued to concentrate our resources in servicing the specialized sector of the rubber moulding, rubber to metal bonded and extruded markets. As our company has always been oriented towards technically demanding applications, we are basically offering solutions to polymeric type problems, either in environmental sealing fields or other areas where our technical resources can be applied for solving our customer's problem.
